Dr. Seuss – Inspired Art Days

Our Soaring Arts theme this year is “Out of the Box Art,” and how much more “out of the box” can you get than Dr. Seuss?!!
Kids 6-10 are welcome to join us Wednesday, July 9 for this fun Dr. Seuss-inspired art class! Wednesday, the art will all be based around “Fox in Sox” by Dr. Seuss! There will be games and fun! Kids will have the opportunity to create their own tie-dyed socks and make sock puppets. They will also have the opportunity to get their face painted as a fox.
Examples have been made and the classes will be led by several of our Studio Artists! They will teach you how to create these projects from start to finish!
Class Fee: $25.00 This includes all supplies needed for this class.
Since this class falls over lunchtime, we ask that you pack your own cold lunches. There will be a half an hour lunch break each day in Pocket Park.

Ages 6 and up are welcome. We do ask that parents fill out a waiver for each child on the first day of the class, if they haven’t previously signed one this summer.
